Cancellation Policy – Tours & Activities
General

Cancellation policies depend on the tour or activity you book. Please check the “Cancellation Policy”
for your selected experience before confirming your booking.

If you already have a booking, you can view the applicable cancellation terms in the “Cancellation Policy”
section of your ticket.

You can cancel your booking by following the instructions provided on your booking confirmation.

Free Cancellation

Cancel at least 14 full days before the experience start date/time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations less than 7 full days before the start date/time are non-refundable.

Changes made less than 7 full days before the experience can be accommodated with Changes fees of 59,50€

Non-Refundable

This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed.

Any cancellation or modification will result in the loss of the full amount paid.

Moderate

Cancel at least 14 full days before the experience start time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations less than 10 full days before the start time are non-refundable.

Changes made less than 14 full days before the experience can be accommodated with Changes fees of 59,50€.

Strict

Cancel at least 14 full days before the experience start time to receive a full refund.

Changes made less than 14 full days before the start time accommodated with Changes fees of 59,50€.

Cancel 10 full days before the start time to receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 10 full days before the start time are non-refundable.

Custom Policies

Some experiences have custom cancellation conditions. These are displayed in the “Cancellation Policy” section on the experience page.

*The Free Cancellation policy allows you to request changes or cancellations up to 14 full days before the experience start time.
If an experience does not have a fixed start time, the deadline is generally 23:59, 14 full days before the scheduled date.
All times are calculated according to the experience’s local time zone.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Bookings

No refunds will be issued for non-refundable bookings, no-shows, or early departures.

Currency & Charges

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

gqtravel-hotels.com is not responsible for foreign exchange rate differences,

bank fees, or credit card surcharges that may apply.

Payment terms depend on the rate selected:

For Flexible 14-Day bookings, the total price will be charged prior to the end of the free cancellation period.

For Non-Refundable bookings, the total price will be charged immediately at the time of booking.

All payments must be received in full for the reservation to be confirmed.

Refunds
If a booking is canceled within the applicable free cancellation period, the guest is entitled to a full refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking.

gqtravel-hotels.com processes refunds within 5–10 business days after confirmation of the eligible cancellation.

Bank or card processing times may extend the total refund period to up to 15 business days.

gqtravel-hotels.com will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or currency exchange providers.

Non-Refundable Reservations
For reservations made under a Non-Refundable rate, the total amount is non-refundable
under all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, modification, or no-show. No exceptions will be made.
Currency, Fees, and Exchange Rates

All transactions are processed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Guests are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or foreign exchange rate differences.

gqtravel-hotels.com is not responsible for any discrepancy between the amount billed and the amount received due to exchange rate variations.

By confirming a reservation on gqtravel-hotels.com, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the above
Refund & Payment Policy and the general Terms & Conditions of the website.

The guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation,
modification, or no-show.

Prepayment: gqtravel-hotels.com will collect the total amount immediately at the time of booking.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Cancellation Exceptions

Grace Period: Guests may cancel their booking within one (1) hour of confirmation without incurring any fees.

Advance Cancellation: No other advance cancellation options are available beyond those specified above.

is subject to the property’s availability and approval.

Rate differences or fees may apply to modifications.

Special requests (e.g., late check-out, airport transfer) are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

Force Majeure

gqtravel-hotels.com and its partner properties are not liable for cancellations
or booking changes caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters,
flight disruptions, government restrictions, or public emergencies.

Agreement to Terms

By confirming a reservation through gqtravel-hotels.com, you acknowledge that:

You have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.

You agree to be bound by the Cancellation, Prepayment, and Refund policies applicable to your booking.
