GQ Travel & Hotels is a professional travel agency and intermediary booking platform based in Saarbrücken, Germany. We provide hotel bookings,
service apartments, airport transfers, corporate travel services, car rental arrangements, Rail & Fly packages, Train & Hotel combinations, and cruise bookings across Germany and worldwide.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made via website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, or any other communication channel.
1. Company Role (Intermediary Travel Agency)
GQ Travel & Hotels acts exclusively as an intermediary booking platform between the customer (or corporate client) and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies,
apartment owners, car rental companies, and cruise operators.
The service contract is always concluded directly between the customer and the respective provider.
We do not operate hotels, airlines, or transport services directly.
2. Booking Process
Bookings can be made via website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, or Telegram
A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation and/or successful payment
Customers must provide complete and correct personal, travel, and billing details
Incorrect information may result in delays, extra costs, or cancellation
3. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are in Euro (€)
Taxes are included unless stated otherwise
Full payment or deposit is required to confirm bookings
Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer (SEPA)
Credit/debit card
Online payment systems
Invoice payment (for approved corporate clients only)
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without notice.

5. Corporate & Business Travel Services
GQ Travel & Hotels provides professional corporate travel management services in Germany, including business travel coordination for companies, organizations, and frequent travelers.
Corporate services include:
Business flight and hotel bookings
Corporate long-stay accommodation
Executive airport transfers and chauffeur services
Rail & Fly and Train & Hotel business packages
Corporate car rental solutions
Group and multi-employee travel coordination
Corporate booking conditions:
Bookings are subject to written confirmation
Invoice billing may be offered for approved business clients
Companies are responsible for employee travel data accuracy
Cancellation and change rules depend on service providers
GQ Travel & Hotels acts as an intermediary between corporate clients and service providers. Contracts are always concluded directly with providers.
6. Hotel & Service Apartment Policy
6.1 Confirmation
Booking is only confirmed after payment or written confirmation. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.
6.2 Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable bookings: 100% charge
Refundable bookings: free cancellation typically 14–24 days before arrival
Late cancellation: 100% charge
No-show: 100% charge
6.3 Property Rules
Customers must comply with hotel or apartment house rules. Damage or violations may result in additional charges.
7. Airport Transfers & Shuttle Services
7.1 Service Scope
Includes airport pickup, hotel transfers, and private shuttle services.
7.2 Waiting Time
Airport pickup: 60 minutes free waiting after landing
Hotel pickup: 15 minutes free waiting
7.3 Flight Information
Customers must provide correct flight details. Incorrect data may cause delays or extra charges.
7.4 Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14–28 days before service
Late cancellation: 100% charge
8. Car Rental Policy
Car rental services are provided through licensed third-party partners.
Requirements:
Valid driving license
Minimum age (usually 21–25 depending on provider)
Credit card deposit required
Important:
The rental contract is directly between customer and car rental provider. We are not responsible for vehicle condition, accidents, deposits, or provider decisions.
9. Cruise Booking Policy
Cruise bookings are arranged through international cruise operators and travel partners.
Conditions:
Contracts are directly between customer and cruise line
Strict cancellation policies apply
Visa and travel documentation is the customer’s responsibility
Cruise routes, ports, and schedules may change by operator
10. Rail & Fly / Train & Hotel Packages
GQ Travel & Hotels offers Rail & Fly and Train & Hotel packages for convenient travel across Germany and Europe.
We act as an intermediary between customers and transport providers. Timetables, delays, or cancellations are the responsibility of the respective railway or transport operator.
11. Liability Disclaimer
GQ Travel & Hotels is not responsible for:
Service failures of third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies)
Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Immigration or visa refusals
Incorrect information provided by customers
12. Force Majeure
No liability applies in cases of:
Natural disasters
War or terrorism
Strikes
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Transport system failures
Refunds depend on provider policies.
13. No Right of Withdrawal
According to §312g BGB (German law), there is no right of withdrawal for:
Hotel bookings
Travel services
Transport services
Fixed-date cruise bookings
14. Payments & Chargeback Policy
By completing a booking, the customer agrees:
All cancellation and no-show charges are valid
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in recovery action
All bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions
15. Data Protection (GDPR)
Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Data is used exclusively for booking, communication, and legal compliance purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies. Jurisdiction: Saarbrücken, Germany (where legally permitted).
