These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with GQ Travel & Hotels, including:

By completing a reservation, you enter into a legally binding accommodation contract.
2. Non-Refundable Hotel & Apartment Bookings (Best Price Rate)
Non-refundable bookings are offered at the lowest available prices but come with strict conditions.
100% payment charged at booking
No cancellations or modifications allowed
No refunds for any reason, including:
Cancellation
No-show
Late arrival
Early departure
This rate is recommended for fixed travel plans.
3. Refundable Booking Policy (Flexible Rate – 14 / 24 Days)
Refundable bookings offer flexibility depending on selected conditions:
Free cancellation up to 24 or 15 days before check-in (depending on rate)
After free cancellation period:
100% of booking amount is charged
Booking becomes non-refundable
All deadlines are based on local hotel time.
4. Early Booking Policy (84+ Days in Advance)
For early reservations made 84 days or more before check-in:
Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival
After this period:
Full charge (100%) applies
Booking becomes non-refundable
Designed for early planners with secured availability.
5. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive without cancellation:
Booking is marked as No-Show
100% of booking amount will be charged
No refund will be issued
6. Cancellation Policy Summary (Displayed at Checkout)
Non-refundable rate: No refund after booking
Refundable rate: Free cancellation up to 14 / 24 days
Early booking: Free cancellation up to 28 days
After deadlines: Full charge applies
No-show: 100% charge applies
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is applicable:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time depends on banks and payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Transaction fees and bank charges are non-refundable unless legally required
8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
GQ Travel & Hotels is not liable for refunds or compensation in cases beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Pandemics or health restrictions
Government restrictions
Airline or transport disruptions
Strikes or civil unrest

Accurate travel dates and arrival time

10. Payment & Chargeback Policy
By confirming your booking, you agree that all payments are legally binding and enforceable.

11. No Right of Withdrawal (Legal Notice)
