1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with GQ Travel & Hotels through:

By completing a reservation, you enter into a legally binding accommodation agreement.
2. Non-Refundable Hotel & Apartment Bookings
Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate are final and strictly binding.
Full payment (100%) is charged at the time of booking
No cancellations or modifications allowed
No refunds in case of:
Cancellation
No-show
Late arrival
Early departure
This rate offers the best price but comes with strict conditions.
3. Refundable Booking Policy (14 / 24 Days)
For bookings labeled as Refundable, flexible cancellation options apply:
Free cancellation up to:
24 days before check-in, or
15 days before check-in (depending on selected rate)
After the free cancellation period:
100% of the booking amount will be charged
The reservation becomes non-refundable
All deadlines are calculated based on the local time of the accommodation.
4. Early Booking Policy (84+ Days in Advance)
For advance reservations made 84 days or more before check-in:
Free cancellation up to 28 days before check-in
After this period:
Full charge (100%) applies
Booking becomes non-refundable
This policy is designed for early planners while protecting availability.
5. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation:
The booking is considered a No-Show
100% of the booking amount will be charged
No refund will be issued
6. Cancellation Policy Summary (Displayed at Checkout)
Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds after booking
Refundable Rate: Free cancellation up to 14 / 24 days before check-in
Early Booking: Free cancellation up to 28 days before check-in
After deadlines: Full charge applies
No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations
7. Refund Processing

Government restrictions
Airline disruptions
Strikes or civil unrest

9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate and complete information, including:
Full name and contact details
Correct travel and arrival information
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
Incorrect data provided by the customer
Immigration or customs delays
Flight delays or baggage issues
10. Payment & Chargeback Policy
By confirming your booking, you agree that all charges are legally binding.
This includes charges related to:
Cancellations
No-shows
Late arrivals
Travel or flight disruptions
This agreement applies to disputes via:
Stripe
PayPal
Credit cards
Online banking
Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with supporting evidence.
11. No Right of Withdrawal (Important Legal Notice)
In accordance with applicable law:
Accommodation bookings for specific dates are non-cancellable under withdrawal rights.
By booking, you explicitly agree that no general cancellation right applies outside the stated policy.
